Peter Knab and I first worked together for Raymond Blanc on his two books A BLANC CHRISTMAS and BLANC VITE. Our next project was our own book, COOKING IN PROVENCE which was all about the food we cooked with our guests when we ran Le Baou d'Infer Cookery School in Provence. Peter has taken the food photographs for some of the best known and sucessful cookery books of all time, including Delia Smith's Summer and Winter Collections, Camellia Panjabi's million copy selling 50 Great Curries of India and Ken Hom Cooks Thai. Peter was one of the founders of the ever popular Sainsbury's Magazine and now lives and photographs between Provence and London.
I thought he might have been put off by running a cookery school with me for 6 years, but no, he is still on the lookout for new challenges and has just started making an apparently delicious Le Baou d'Infer wine. Watch this page for more information.
